Aidan's Room....Still Waiting for Aidan

Well, I will be 39 weeks tomorrow - way further than either Don or I thought I'd get to. In one sense, it's nice to experience things the other way, having everything ready and waiting. In another sense, I'm not getting any littler (nor are my ankles) and hence the waiting is a little tough. Anyway, that's where things are at for us. I have a doctor's appointment this afternoon, so who knows...maybe something will happen there. In the meantime, here are some pictures of the finished room (yay!) and a belly shot at 38 weeks.

On another note, this has given us more time to spend together as a family of three before the fourth comes along. So we had a fun family night out last night with Brennan at a local restaurant and ice cream place (of course). He got a caricature done, petted ponies, saw turtles and bearded dragons, and even braved a jumping castle (for about a minute).






The big blank space is eventually where my gliding rocker and ottoman will be...someday soon :0)
